BIO

Subtitle

I am Senior at Redwood high school in Larkspur California. I have lived in Marin my entire life were I developed a passion for nature and an interest in exploration. I have only just now started to get into poetry, but I have found that poetry is a great way to express myself , whether I am trying to get across an emotion or just writing  about something beautiful that I have seen. I hope you enjoy my work.

PORTFOLIO OF WORK

Skateboards

MARIN CITY

Will yells as he crashes down

In the middle of town

Bodhi eyes dialied attempting some tre flips

I lick my lips

I look down the half pipe

Skating the pipe usually isn’t my type

Wind blowing in my hair

My friends give me that stare

The anticipation builds

I get the chills

THE PEACH TREE

The Peach tree sits above my pool

The blossoms fill the branches

The gusts of wind blow through destroying the blooming flowers

A few withstand this wind

As it turns to summer those flowers become peaches

And those peaches become ours

Rustic Fireplace

THE PICTURE ABOVE MY FIREPLACE

I look back at an easier time
My dad standing tall  6’8
Little me looking at him feeling great
It was taken not 5 years ago
Yet it feels like forever ago
TIme flies faster than I know
Not much has changed though
Those times feel the best
